There are no words to describe how deeply grateful and proud we are for having you as our Father and a Loving Husband . This is noting short of a miracle by God who has lifted the burden of pain and suffering you once experienced. We honor today and always your strength, courage, love and the will you displayed during your hospital stay. When doctors said that you were slowly deteriorating and we should think about how to transition to the next stage, you laughed at their conclusion and comments. You were holding on for your family giving us time needed to slowly come to terms with what was about to transpire . What more can you ask of a father who's ultimate sacrifice which was that of his life for his family. You're truly a very special man and father sent by God to take care of this family. Now that your work is done here on earth. God called, you answered heaven bound to be at his side . Someday we'll all be together again till that day may your journey be filled with love, happiness, great and glorious adventures. 
This isn't farewell or goodbye, for in the book of life when one chapter ends another begins. 
Great is the power of God and what you can accomplish when you place your faith in him.
God in Heaven we ask this day that you keep our father and Husband Basdeo Balgobin at your side always.

Life:
How is life measured? Is it by all the material things you own or by the love , virtues and respect for all. This story is about Basdeo Balgobin who displayed all these qualities . As a little boy he juggled chores, school and taking care of his younger siblings. As he grew older his schooling was left in the distance. Now faced with a job working for pennies he made sure his family was taken cared of, providing  life necessities. He accomplished so much with so little and overcome every obstacle, never to be broken.
Now married with 5 children his love and dedication was in full blossom. There was never a want or need which he couldn't fulfill. He provided , nurtured , give us values and moral. His love for Ganesh, Shiva, Hunaman, Durgha  and all the gods and goddess was unwavering. 
You didn't only show us how much you love life and the full measures of sacrifice , you gave meaning to life. "He couldn't bring himself to hurt anyone or anything this included the minuscule creature".In your last day you were still teaching and preparing us for the next phase  allowing us time to come to terms with your departure. Thank you for showing us how to embrace the gift life and everything else that comes with good and bad.
